Bill Lattin

Bill Lattin is a technology executive and cybersecurity expert with over 30 years of experience in information security, cryptography, and secure systems across government and commercial sectors. He has held senior leadership and technical roles focused on building trusted security solutions for critical infrastructure and enterprise environments. Lattin was Chief Technology Officer at Certicom, where he helped advance elliptic curve cryptography and other widely adopted security technologies. Earlier, he co founded Cylink, contributing to high speed encryption and gaining expertise in public key cryptography, code signing, and key management. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and UC Santa Barbara and now provides guidance on architecture, risk reduction, and long term technology direction.
